HOURLY RATES

• Hourly rates are good for short events with minimal setup and teardown. All hourly rates include tables and chairs, use of the kitchen, Audio & Visual (AV) needs

  • Hourly rate WITHOUT the bar open: $125 an hour

  • Hourly rate WITH the bar open: $150 an hour

    • Includes a fully stocked bar with bartenders

  • Hourly rate for non-profit organizations: $125 an hour WITH the bar, $100 an hour WITHOUT the bar

DAILY RATES

• Daily rates are good for longer events that require extensive setup and teardown. Includes the bar open and stocked as well as tables and chairs, use of the kitchen, Audio & Visual (AV)

  • Daily rate: $1500

  • Daily rate for nonprofit organizations: $1000
